VIETMANI is committed to providing industrial lifting and assist equipment that meets high standards of quality, safety, and reliability. This warranty policy is established to protect customer rights and to demonstrate VIETMANI's long-term responsibility for every product we deliver.

Warranty Period

All equipment manufactured and supplied by VIETMANI is covered by a 02-year (24-month) warranty
The warranty period is calculated from the handover and acceptance date or the invoice date, as specified in the contract

Warranty Coverage

VIETMANI provides free warranty service for defects arising from:

Design or engineering faults
Material defects
Manufacturing or assembly errors
Technical issues affecting the performance and safety of the equipment

During the warranty period, VIETMANI will repair, replace, or rectify defects to restore the equipment to its original technical specifications.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Damage caused by improper use or operation not in accordance with instructions
Damage due to external impact, accidents, fire, explosion, or natural disasters
Normal wear and tear during operation
Equipment that has been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorised parties
Operation beyond the designed load capacity or technical limits

Warranty Procedure

In case of any issue occurring during the warranty period, customers are requested to:

Notify VIETMANI via hotline, email, or the assigned technical contact
Provide equipment details and a description of the issue
VIETMANI will inspect, evaluate, and propose an appropriate solution as soon as possible

Post-Warranty Support

After the warranty period, VIETMANI continues to provide:

Maintenance and repair services
Replacement spare parts
Technical consultation and solution upgrades based on actual operating conditions
