Operating a Vietmani KBK–Monorail system is straightforward by following these five steps:

Step 1: Pre-operation Inspection

  • Verify compressed air supply pressure (0.7 – 0.8 MPa)
  • Ensure the KBK rail path is clear of obstacles

Step 2: Move the Lifting Arm to the Load

  • Manual (M): Gently push the arm; the system glides smoothly with minimal force
  • Pneumatic Drive (D): Use the control button to activate automatic rail travel at 15–25 m/min

Step 3: Lifting Operation

  • Position the gripper using flexible arm joints
  • Engage the gripper and lift the load; Zero Gravity technology balances loads up to 550 kg, allowing fine height adjustments with minimal effort

Step 4: Rail Travel and Rotation

  • Move the load along the KBK rail while rotating it 360° via the Rotary Union—without hose twisting
