Research, design and manufacture of lifting assist equipment – industrial automation solutions
I am Le Dang Thang, Master of Engineering, Founder and CEO of Vietnam Manipulator Joint Stock Company (VIETMANI). I specialize in research, design and manufacture of lifting assist equipment and industrial automation solutions for manufacturing.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience working with production lines, heavy industrial plants, and operating environments with high demands for safety, precision, and efficiency, I focus on solving the core challenges of modern manufacturing: reducing manual labor, improving working conditions for operators, and optimizing long-term efficiency for businesses.
The content I share revolves around technical knowledge, practical implementation experience, technology ownership mindset, and the application of lifting assist equipment in factories. I hope these insights will bring practical value, helping you gain in-depth and useful perspectives in selecting, operating, and developing industrial solutions.
Position: CEO – Founder of Vietnam Manipulator Joint Stock Company (VIETMANI)
Degree: Master of Engineering (M.Eng)
Expertise: Research, design and manufacture of lifting assist equipment – industrial automation solutions
"For me, each lifting solution is not just a device, but a commitment to accompany customers throughout the product lifecycle, with safety and operational experience at the center."
At the intersection of laboratory and factory, M.Eng Le Dang Thang is a rare example of a scientist who is also a business executive. He not only plans strategy but also directly leads R&D projects, transforming technical ideas into products that operate reliably in harsh manufacturing environments.
He directly researched and owns the patent for "Automatic Lifting Support Arm" — core technology that optimizes the handling of heavy objects in factories. The patent was granted and protected by the Intellectual Property Office since 2023, laying the foundation for the lifting assist product lines developed by VIETMANI.
Under his leadership, the project "Enhancing Production Capacity and Commercialization of Industrial Manipulators" (Code: DA145_15062019) was successfully completed and evaluated and supported by the Vingroup Innovation Foundation (VinIF). The project confirmed international-standard technological capabilities and commercialization potential in the Vietnamese market.
With the spirit of a scientist for humanity, Mr. Thang directs VIETMANI to become a provider of safe, smart and efficient lifting – assist solutions, focusing on three pillars:
